AYAM MASAK UNGKEP (JAWA) RESIPI MAYA FARM AYAM MASAK UNGKEP (JAWA) Bahan: 1 ekor ayam - dipotong 12 Bahan A (untuk dikisar) 2 labu bawang besar 10 ulas bawang putih 2 inci halia 2 inci kunyit hidup 20 tangkai cili padi Bahan tumis: Bahan: 1 ekor ayam - dipotong 12 Bahan A (untuk dikisar) 2 labu bawang besar 10 ulas bawang putih 2 inci halia 2 inci kunyit hidup 20 tangkai cili padi Bahan tumis: Halia (dihiris nipis) 1 liter air 2 batang serai Minyak untuk menumis Garam secukup rasa Cara: Ayam dibersihkan dan digaul dengan garam serta serbuk kunyit. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan halia yang dihiris nipis sehingga garing. Kemudian masukkan bahan A yang dikisar. Tumis sehingga naik minyak. Setelah naik minyak, masukkan ayam. Biarkan sebentar lebih kurang 2-3 minit. Masukkan air, serai yang telah diketuk dan garam secukup rasa. Tutup kuali. Kacau sekali sekala untuk mengelakkan ayam hancur. Biarkan sehingga kuah pekat dan boleh dihidangkan. Selamat Mencuba!
