KOSUI FOR BREAKFAST OR TEA TIME

This is how to make Kosui, hope you enjoy it ! 250g rice flour, 200g sugar 3 cups water 5-10 screwpine leaves Some cekur Manis leaves Kan Sui or air kapur 1. Boil sugar in 1 cup water till dissolved. 2. Blend the leaves and sieve. 3. Mix the pandan juice with the rice flour. Mix well. 4. Pour the warm sugar water to the flour batter . Stir to mix well . * Add a little air kapur here and mix till well incorporated. * * Sieve the mixture to avoid lumps. 5. Boil water in a wok. Place the teacups in the wok. 6. Pour the green rice flour mixture into the warm teacups. 7.cover the wok with lid and steam on high heat for 15 min. 8. When kosui is cooked, turn off the stove. Let the kosui cool down. 9. Serve with some freshly grated coconut.
